Free cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the check-in time. Sign in to My bookings and choose “Cancel booking”, or call the front desk.
Late cancellation and no-show
Within 48 hours of check-in, please call the front desk to cancel. If you do not arrive and do not tell us, the booking is marked as a no-show and the rooms are released.
Changes
To change dates or rooms, call the front desk. Changes depend on availability and the price may change.
Refunds
As no advance payment is taken online, there is normally nothing to refund. Any advance paid at the hotel is refunded as per the hotel’s decision at that time.
